Plans are structured by activity and number of sessions monthly. Choose the plan below that suits you best! The option of a R200 drop-in fee is also available for each session.

  • TAT Workout Plan

    A combination of HIIT, Pilates, and Stretching
    Valid for one month
    • 40 minute workouts via Zoom at 6am Mon, Wed, Fri
    • 24 hour access to classes to do in your own time
  • October

    Unlimited rides for the month of October.
    Valid for one month
    • All rides on the weekly schedule, excluding skills sessions
    • Valid from 30 September until 31 October
  • 1/2 October

    Valid for one month
