BEGINNER
You are new to riding
You need to learn about what your bike can do for you.
You need to work on improving your fitness and basic skill levels.
The weekly rides that are suitable for you are:
Tuesday at 8.15am
Friday at 8.15am
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL 1
You have been riding for more than 6 months.
You can ride between 15-20km off road on smooth tracks.
You need to improve your fitness and skill levels.
The weekly rides that are suitable for you are
Monday at 8.15am
Tuesday at 8.15am & 6:00pm
Friday at 8.15am
Saturday at 7:00am
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL 2
You have been riding for 1-2 years
You can ride 30-40km off road with a few technical sections
You would like to improve on your technical skills and are maybe working towards an Event.
The weekly rides that are suitable for you are
Monday at 8.15am
Tuesday at 8.15am
Thursday at 8.15am
Friday at 8.15am
You are new to riding
